Qualifications

NOTE:  You must meet qualification requirements by the closing date of this announcement. To qualify for the GS-13 level, you must have 1 year of full-time* specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-12 level defined as assisting in the development or implementation of an equal employment opportunity (EEO) project or program; interpreting EEO and/or diversity and inclusion policies to resolve programmatic issues; and preparing briefings, reports, and/or presentations. To qualify for the GS-14 level, you must have 1 year of full-time* specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-13 level defined as developing and/or managing an equal employment opportunity (EEO) program; recommending strategies or plans to improve EEO and/or diversity and inclusion programs and policies; and preparing and delivering briefings, reports, and/or presentations. Your answers to the online assessment will be used to evaluate your competencies in the following areas: Knowledge of EEO principles and practices. Skill in program analysis. Ability to interpret and communicate policies. Ability to provide oversight on EEO compliance. Skill in written communication. Skill in oral communication. Ability to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders. Skill in negotiation practices.
