As a supervisor/manager, the selectee for this position will be eligible to receive a Manager Performance Incentive (MPI) provided eligibility requirements noted in agency policy are met. The MPI is an annual lump-sum incentive payment that considers agency performance, the manager's individual performance, and available funding.Serves as a Contracts Division Manager in the Acquisition and Contracting (AAQ) Directorate within the Office of Acquisition and Business Services (ACQ).

Duties

The William J. Hughes Technical Center (WHJTC) and AIT Acquisition Services Division acquires equipment, systems and services in support of the FAA's mission to ensure the safest most efficient aerospace system in the world. Our customers include WJHTC center operations division, test and evaluation services, the NextGen test and research laboratories, and the Chief Information Officer's Agency level portfolio. Our services include procurement planning, market research, customer consultations and awarding and administering contracts.

This applies to other positions at the same pay band/grade in the FAA or other Federal agencies.
