Duties

Perform heavy physical labor requiring the frequent lifting and carrying of items and furniture weighing 80 to 100 pounds or more. Performs general maintenance of NAF facilities requiring use of heavy powered equipment and heavy tools. Resets nails, replaces hardware, relocate playgrounds, flowerbeds and portable structures Advises facility director of potential safety hazards and identifies repairs required. Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• A one year probationary period may be required.

Qualifications

The minimum qualifications for this position are the following: 1. Six (6) month of laboring experience required. 2. Must be able to work under general supervision, responding to initial oral or written instructions and completing assigned tasks. 3. Applicant must be able to frequently lift and carry very heavy objects weighing in excess of 50 pounds. Qualifying prior work experience must be clearly described within your resume.
