You will serve as a SUPERVISORY HOUSING MANAGEMENT ASSISTANT in the CNRSE Housing N93 Department of NAVAL SUPPORT FACILITY BEAUFORT.
Duties
You will supervise two Billeting Clerk GS-0303-04 Billeting Clerk personnel and up to three military personnel who work as building managers.
You will provide training, instruction, and supervision to personnel assigned to the Unaccompanied Housing branch.
You will plan and schedule ongoing production-oriented work for all front desk and building manager personnel on daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
You will handle resolution of complaints to the front desk and building management personnel.
You will oversee renovation/repair and improvement projects.
You will ensure guest privacy and security measures are maintained at all times.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Applying housing management policies and procedures; 2) Determining suitability for occupancy; 3) Conducting residential inspections, audits, and surveys; AND 4) Scheduling housing facility maintenance and repairs.

Education
