You will serve as a VISUAL INFORMATION SPECIALIST in the Public Affairs Office at the U.S.
NAVAL ACADEMY.
Duties
You will contribute to the development, design, editing and preparation of informational and promotional publications.
You will be responsible for the development, design, editing and preparation of digital, interactive and printed materials.
You will work with print and digital material that such as posters, programs, brochures, flyers, digital newsletters.
You will be responsible for web management and design of both inward and outward facing web pages.
You will generate content for use in print publications and on social media outlets and public websites.
Requirements

- Must be determined suitable for federal employment.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-07) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Having experience in the development, design, editing and preparation of informational and promotional publications, and other digital, interactive and printed materials; 2) Utilizing experience with print and digital material such as posters, programs, brochures, flyers, digital newsletters; and 3) Applying experience with web management and design of both inward and outward facing web pages.

Education
In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience:
master's or equivalent graduate degree
or
2 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree

LL.B. or J.D., if related
