Serves as the Chief, Office of Business Operations, within Western Federal Lands Highway Division, Federal Highway Administration. The Office of Business Operations is responsible for managing the delivery of the FLH Program as well as other program administration and support for our partners, including transportation planning, program development, environmental compliance, programming, administrative, facilities management, and information technology (IT), and property management.

Qualifications
To meet the minimum qualifications for this position, you must meet the specialized experience qualifications for the grade.For the GS-15: You must have at least one year of specialized experience, equal or equivalent to the GS-14 grade level, which included:
Experience developing short and long-term plans, policies, and guidance to support organizational priorities and program requirements; AND
Experience providing policy, direction, guidance, instruction, and oversight for an organization’s program and project finance and accounting, and/or information management systems and data management teams/functions. AND
Experience managing an organization’s budget, finance, and accounting, and/or information management systems and data management, teams/functions, AND
Experience overseeing and managing a diverse group of administrative and professional staff, including developing workforce plans, and providing personnel management.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES (KSAs): Your qualifications will be evaluated on the basis of your level of knowledge, skills, abilities and/or competencies in the following areas:
Administration and Management - Knowledge of planning, coordination, and execution of business functions, resource allocation, and production.
Compliance - Knowledge of procedures for assessing, evaluating, and monitoring programs or projects for compliance with Federal laws, regulations, and guidance.
