You will serve as a TRAINING AND MEDIA SUPPORT SPECIALIST of NAVDIVESALVTRCEN.
Duties
You will develop new or modified administrative and clerical processes and program administration procedures
You will use computer software (e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access) to generate reports on department workload
You will use Microsoft SharePoint tools to gather and manage organizational or project data
Requirements
- Must be a US Citizen.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Utilize graphic design, publishing, printing, and commercial quality binding i.e. ceremony programs, presentations, technical and non-technical manuals. 2) Utilize Microsoft Office tools (Word, Access, Excel, PowerPoint); 3) Ability to operate computerized high volume printing machines; provide routine maintenance or preventative care to printers; 4) Familiarity with military training and curriculum.

Education
In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience:
master's or equivalent graduate degree
or
2 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree
or
LL.B. or J.D., if related
