This position is part of the National Archives and Records Administration. Incumbent serves as a visitor services representative and a sales store clerk at the Harry S. Truman Library. Handles online ticketing, admissions, responds to visitor queries about the library/museum and site, shows orientation film, and makes sales of merchandise at the museum sales store desk.

You must meet the following requirements within 30 days of the closing date of this announcement.
General Experience: For the GS-04, you must have one year of general experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-03. General experience for this position includes:
- One full year of progressively responsible clerical, office, or other work that indicates ability to acquire the particular knowledge and skills needed to perform the duties of the position to be filled.
OR
Education: You may substitute education for general or specialized experience as follows: Completion of 2 academic years of post-high school study or an associate's degree. (This education must have been obtained in an accredited business, secretarial or technical school, junior college, college or university).
OR
You may qualify by a combination of experience and education. Options for qualifying based on a combination will be identified in the online questions. To combine education and experience, the total percentage of experience at the required grade level compared to the experience requirement, as well as the percentage of completed education compared to the education requirement must equal at least 100 percent.
.Advancement to positions up to GS-5: Candidates may be advanced without time restriction to positions up to GS-05 if the position to be filled is no more than two grades above the lowest grade the employee held within the preceding 52 weeks under his or her latest non-temporary competitive appointment.
