You will serve as a SENIOR PERFORMANCE ASSESSMENT REPRESENTATIVE in the FACILITIES MANAGEMENT & SUSTAINMENT DEPARTMENT of NAVAL FACILITIES ENG COMMAND MARIANAS.

Duties

You will perform daily planning, tasking, and oversight of three Performance Assessment Representatives. You will provide technical performance assessment program guidance; develop inspection schedules; and ensure inspection documentation and reports are prepared, maintained, and submitted. You will monitor facilities maintenance, operations, and contract administrative requirements and verify adherence to contract requirements. You will develop performance assessment plans and objective measurements to ensure contract performance is consistently evaluated. You will establish measurements and metrics results, and monitor trends to provide recommendations for performance improvements.

• This position may require travel to places within and outside the contiguous United States which could include remote or isolated sites. You may be required to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
• If eligible for permanent change of station, the appointee will be required to sign a transportation agreement to establish a Government time in service requirement of 12 months.

• May be required to obtain a VISA dependent on the overseas country's laws/regulations.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: planning and implementing performance assessment projects to monitor contract performance in regards to facilities maintenance, operations, and administrative requirements. In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience:

Ph.D. or equivalent graduate degree,

or

3 full years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to such a degree,

or
LL.M., if related
