About the Position: Serves as a Senior Supply Specialist, Property Administrator, Supply Coordinator and Space Manager for Office of the Chief of Army Enterprise Marketing, Business Management Directorate. Chicago, IL 60604

Duties

Review all requisitions for the purchase of equipment, personal property, and supplies; ensuring the purchases are authorized and processed according to all applicable Army Regulations. Manage the organization property books, primary hand receipts, and provides technical assistance on organizational supply matters. Serve as the liaison between staff, subordinate elements, higher commands, and installation support activity to improve logistics effectiveness. Serve as the senior property book officer for Office of the Chief Army Enterprise Marketing (OCAEM) concerning Government Furnished Property (GFP) and Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) issued to contractors supporting OCAEM. Advise contractors on regulatory matters concerning property control, property use, and maintenance of Government property or property acquired by contractors in performance of contracts. Maintains 100% property accountability of internal OCAEM government property using the GCSS-Army. Plan, coordinates, determines and ensures all property to include non-expendable is accounted for. Develop supply policies and procedures that reflect Department of Defense, Army, regulatory and policy requirements for equipment procurement, authorization, utilization, and disposal.
