The primary purpose of this position is to lead IT helpdesk, technical support, communications, VTCs, SharePoint, Automation and IT projects across multiple enclaves and networks at various classification levels.
Duties
Leads IT helpdesk, technical support, communications, VTCs, SharePoint, Automation, and IT Projects across multiple enclaves and networks at various classification levels.
Assigns work based on priorities, selective consideration of the difficulty and requirements of assignments, and the capabilities of team.
Evaluates work performance of teams and gives advice, counsel, or instruction to team.
Plans, organizes, and directs cyber, IT, or information management activities in accordance with legal, regulatory, and other requirements while meeting mission and customer needs.
Designs, develops, and manages systems to meet current and future business requirements, enhances existing architecture, and establishes plans to improve IT application efficiency.
Collaborates with program managers to assess technical needs, analyze architectures, and develop transition strategies.
Accurately represents mission requirements, measures software development risks, and recommends implementation approaches.
Conducts technical analysis, ensure projects meet mission needs within budget, schedule, and performance parameters, and oversees day-to-day IT network operations.
Coordinates work schedules, deadlines, and quality standards, along with tracking progress and ensuring performance quality.
Evaluates existing systems and capabilities to determine IT solutions, assessing emerging technology impacts, and integrates
cyber, IT, or IM programs and services.
Leads innovation and process improvement efforts, briefs management, establishes milestones, coordinates with program and project managers, leads multi-disciplined teams, and represents the organization with higher management levels and contractors.
Prepares and delivers briefings to senior management on complex issues and fosters effective internal and external organizational relationships.

Qualifications
Experience requirements are described in the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) Qualification Standards for General Schedule Positions, Information Technology (IT) Management Series 2210 (Alternative A). Due to the use of 120-day rosters, this period of experience may be completed within 120 days of the closing date of this announcement.
BASIC REQUIREMENT OR INDIVIDUAL OCCUPATIONAL REQUIREMENT:
Individuals must have IT-related experience demonstrating each of the four competencies listed below.

SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: Applicants must have at least 1 year (52 weeks), or will have one year within 120 days of closing of this announcement, specialized experience equivalent to the DO-01, GS-11 or equivalent grade level in the Federal service. Specialized experience includes providing IT technical support for IT projects across multiple networks at various classification levels; planning, organizing, and directing cyber, IT or information management activities; designing, developing and managing systems to meet current and future requirements; enhancing existing architecture and/or conducting technical analysis for IT network operations.
