Duties
You will serves as a Management and Program Analyst to division leadership and Integrated Project Teams.
You will serve as an entry-level Contract Support Manager (CSM) at the unclassified and classified level, assisting in compiling simplified acquisition documentation, and task order document creation in compliance with regulations and policies.
You will provide updates on procurement status to the division contract lead and responding to data calls.
You will be offering customer service guidance on procurement documentation issuance, including Independent Government Cost Estimates (IGCE), Performance Work Statement (PWS), and Contract Data Requirement List (CDRL).
You will assist the Contracting Officer Representative (COR) in documenting the decision basis to provide Government Furnished Property (GFP) under a contract or order.
You will support basic-level logistics efforts related to the division’s Operating Materials and Supplies (OMS) inventory requirements.
You will assist with recruitment and non-recruitment, processes and procedures to create, route, monitor and provide status update of Request for Personnel Actions (RPA)’s.
Requirements

Qualifications
NO-02: Your resume must also demonstrate at least 3 years of general experience with at least one year at or equivalent to the GS-04 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Under the guidance of the supervisor providing entry-level support across multiple domains. These domains cover organizational enhancement and continuous improvement, and include Contract Support Management, Simplified Acquisitions Creation, Government Purchase Card Operations, Branch and Division level Administrative Functions, Request for Personnel Actions (RPA), Logistics, Travel and Organizational Improvement Initiatives.
NO-03: Your resume must also demonstrate at least 1 year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Assist with providing intermediate-level support across multiple domains. These domains cover organizational enhancement and continuous improvement, and include Contract Support Management, Simplified Acquisitions Creation, Government Purchase Card Operations, Branch and Division level Administrative Functions, Request for Personnel Actions(RPA), Logistics, Travel and Organizational Improvement Initiatives.
NO-04: Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Assist with providing advanced-level support across multiple domains. These domains cover organizational enhancement and continuous improvement, and include Contract Support Management, Simplified Acquisitions Creation, Government Purchase Card Operations, Branch and Division level Administrative Functions, Request for Personnel Actions (RPA), Logistics,Travel and Organizational Improvement Initiatives.

Education
NO-02: You may also qualify at the NO-02 level if you have the following education:4-year course of study leading to a bachelor's degree
