Duties
You will support 756 division projects by providing Contract Support Manager (CSM) support for the division's project requirements.
You will prepare, compile, analyze and review the required documentation for supply requisitions
You will analyze, advise, and assist in preparation of PR documentation and forms.
You will create and/or processes all procurement actions for supplies and/or services in Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (NERP) for the Division and approved external requirements.
You will be responsible for transactions required through the Navy Enterprise Resource Program (Navy ERP) and Operating Materials and Supplies (OM and S)
You will perform Program Management duties tracking cost, schedule and performance of procurement actions.
Requirements

- You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final Top Secret SCI security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
- Successful completion of a pre-employment drug test (including marijuana) is required. A tentative offer of employment will be rescinded if you fail to report to the drug test appointment or fail the test. You will be subject to random testing.
- You will be required to complete training, obtain, and maintain a government credit card for travel and travel-related purchases.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
- Generally, current Federal employees applying for STRL jobs must serve at least one year at the next lower grade level. All qualifications requirements must be met by the closing date of this announcement and stated in your resume.
Qualifications
NO-04: Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band NO-03 in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Providing Contract Support Manager (CSM)/Contracting Officer Representative (COR) support, and perform Program Management duties tracking cost, schedule and performance of procurement actions.
NO:03 Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band NO-02 in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Applying knowledge of contract and procurement programs/activities, policies, and objectives to support program/project.

Education
In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience:
GS-11:
Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree
or
3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree
or
LL.M., if related
GS-09:
Master's or equivalent graduate degree
or
2 full years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to such a degree
or
LL.B. or J.D., if related
