This position is located in the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), United States Coast Guard (USCG), Deputy Commandant for Operations (DCO), Commandant (CG-DCO-RA), Washington, DC.
Duties
You will provide advice and assistance in coordinating the budget development and budget execution processes within the DCO.

- This position requires a Secret clearance.
Qualifications
You qualify for the GS-12 grade level if you possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-11 grade level. Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the particular ability, skill, and knowledge to successfully perform the duties of this position and is typically in or related to this line of work. Applicant must meet 2 out of the 3 listed below.
Monitoring budget allocation and execution.
Conducting analyses, studies and surveys covering programs and operations.
Utilizing qualitative/quantitative methods for assessment and improvement of program effectiveness;
You qualify for the GS-13 grade level if you possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 grade level. Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the particular ability, skill, and knowledge to successfully perform the duties of this position and is typically in or related to this line of work. Performing in-depth analyses of budget requests.
