This position will be assigned to the Air Force Service Center at Port San Antonio, TX.
This is a regular full-time category position with guaranteed 40 hours per week. Employees appointed to a regular category position are eligible for benefits.
Duties
Provides operational administration for the NAF Food and Beverage Operations Branch. Maintains metrics and graphic charts on the Club membership data. Manages the membership database by ending new members, updating profile information, resetting passwords, transferring and cancelling accounts. Establishes accounts for ne Administrators, providing administrative access to the membership management platform and instructs them on how to use it. Is knowledgeable of the overall membership program and can respond to general questions concerning the program content, procedures, and policies contained in the Air Force Membership contracted vendor as well as club and associated Air Force Instructions (AFIs). Based on knowledge of the membership program and club program, prepares responses to USAF/A1S, MAJCOM and base inquiries, as well as congressional and other higher headquarters inquiries.
Uses varied functions of multiple office automation software to produce a wide range of documents, formats, etc. Uses word processing software to create, copy, edit, store, retrieve, and print forms, memos, and letters and lengthy reports; uses existing database or spreadsheet software to create, enter, revise, sort of calculate, and retrieve data for reports; and uses graphics software to provide graphs and charts for reports and presentations. Transmits and receives documents and messages electronically using personal computers or workstations that are networked or linked to other computers or workstations.
Prepares a wide variety of recurring and nonrecurring correspondence, reports, and other documents. Composes correspondence, such as instructions, requests for information, and letters of acknowledgment or notification. Gathers and summarized information from files and documents for use in responding to inquiries, recognizing which information is or is not relevant to the issue at hand. Proofreads/edits correspondence and document for accuracy, format, punctuation, grammar, spelling and capitalization. Reviews and processes incoming and outgoing correspondence and materials. Screens incoming mail and electronic messages to identify what needs to be worked or referred to appropriate staff or handled personally. Reviews outing correspondence for procedural and grammatically accuracy, conformance with administrative requirements, and factual correctness and accuracy. Personally answer technical nontechnical requests for information such as status of reports, club data, suspense dates for matters requiring compliance, and similar information readily available from files, or form knowledge of the organization or club program.
Provides follow-up on requests for information. Establishes, updates, and maintains office records and metrics of various types. Uses a variety of automated systems (e.g. records management, electronic forms, electronic publications library, etc.) and nonautomated to perform various operational duties. Uses tracker or suspense files as required.

Requirements
- This position requires the incumbent to complete a background investigation with favorable results.

Qualifying Experience:
Experience with a wide variety of concepts pertaining to the operations, support, and computerized office organization. Experience with developing and writing Air Force correspondence.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSA's):
Your qualifications will be evaluated on the basis of your level of knowledge, skills, abilities and/or competencies in the following areas:
Incumbent must be capable of working a variety of issues at different levels simultaneously, with professional and nonprofessional personnel.
Advance knowledge of specific software programs is necessary to accomplish job that include knowledge of Microsoft Office Professional Suite, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Highly organized and a self starter.
