About the Position: The purpose of the position is to perform training and training facility type work to include assisting the primary hand receipt holder for the AMCOM, G-1, Training and Career Management Division.

Duties

Serves as an educational technician in the day-to-day operations of a 650-seat training facility. Responsible for the procurement of supplies, services, and equipment for G1 and assigned training facilities. Manages day-to-day supply operations for the G1 which includes but is not limited to; coordination, communications and customer service interaction with organizations and customers from across Redstone Arsenal Assists in scheduling the use of the training facilities, resolving conflicts in scheduling, setting support priorities.

  • Must obtain and maintain a SECRET security clearance (Tier 3: Noncritical-Sensitive, Moderate Risk).

OR Education: Four years of education above the high school level obtained in an accredited business, secretarial or technical school, junior college, college or university. OR Combination of Education and Experience: A combination of education and experience may be used to qualify for this position as long as the computed percentage of the requirements is at least 100%. To compute the percentage of the requirements, divide your total months of experience by 12. Then divide your semester hours of education beyond two years (total semester hours minus 60) by 60. Add the two percentages.
