Duties

Assists the Logistics Readiness Center (LRC) in the planning of Bulk Petroleum (POL) Management Programs and effectively resourcing available assets whereby programs may be executed both in short- and long-term objectives. Provides authoritative advice, information, and guidance concerning all aspects of the bulk fuel and energy management programs, requiring extensive coordination with a wide variety of activities. Serves as the primary hierarchy level V Agency Program Coordinator (APC) for the Garrison Government Fuel Card (GFC) Program responsible for implementing, administering, and monitoring IMCOMS’s GFC Program. Plans work to be accomplished by subordinates, sets and adjusts short-term priorities and prepares schedules for completion of work.

Requirements

• Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
• Temporary Duty (TDY) travel may be required up to 10% of the time.
• Incumbent must obtain and maintain a T3 secret security clearance.

OR Education: Master's or equivalent graduate degree or 2 full years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to such a degree in a field which demonstrates the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to do the work of the position. OR Combination of Education and Experience: A combination of education and experience may be used to qualify for this position as long as the computed percentage of the requirements is at least 100%. To compute the percentage of the requirements, divide your total months of experience by 12. Then divide the total number of completed graduate semester hours (or equivalent) beyond the first year (total graduate semester hours minus 18) by 18. Add the two percentages.
