About the Position: Serves as subject matter expert for the management and flow of all training and administrative correspondence tasked to the Department, as well as any external taskers coming from higher headquarters, civilian personnel, training, publications control and administering support services.

Duties

Consolidate tasking input/information from all sources into comprehensive reports. Evaluate training procedures that have an immediate impact on organizational change. Assign all Department taskers to guarantee timely completion and accuracy. Ensure training processes are understood consistently by staff. Establish internal personnel records review in accordance with organization regulation procedures. Manage a wide variety of administrative programs necessary for day-to-day operation.

  • Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
  • This position has a Temporary Duty (TDY) or business travel requirement of 10% of the time.
  • Appointment to this position is subject to a one-year probationary period unless the appointee has previously met the requirements as described in 5 CFR Part 315.

OR Combination of Education and Experience: A combination of education and experience may be used to qualify for this position as long as the computed percentage of the requirements is at least 100%. To compute the percentage of the requirements, divide your total months of experience by 12. Then divide the total number of completed graduate semester hours (or equivalent) beyond one year (total semester hours minus 18) by 9. Add the two percentages.
