Duties
Plans and assist in the implementation of Baldrige Performance Excellence Program (BPEP) program events.
Provides administrative support such as logistics management, customer service management, records management.
Creates and maintains BPEP stakeholder communications.
Managing databases (registration/attendance/financial data/contract mgmt).
Functions as point of contact for various BPEP staff, external customers, and stakeholders of the BPEP.

Qualifications
Basic Requirements:
Applicants must have one year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-7 level (ZA-I at NIST) in the federal service. Specialized experience is defined as:
Experience in the application of organizational quality improvement processes.
Experience responding to various inquiries from customers and stakeholders regarding program related activities.
Participates in the development of comprehensive program award reports.
Ability to effectively instruct program staff on program administrative processes.
OR
Master's or equivalent graduate degree
OR
2 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree
OR
LL.B. or J.D., if related
OR
Equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done. We will credit all qualifying volunteer experience in your application.
