About the position:
This position will be assigned to the Information Tickets and Travel office located at Tyndall AFB, FL.
Duties
Including my not limited to:
Primarily responsible in establishing and administering commercial reservation and ticket services to a diverse leisure travel community that includes military, active and retired, civilian contractors, and DoD employees from all branches of the service, as well as their family members.
Provides clear and accurate guidance and coordination of the leisure travel information and referral services for both individual and group customers.

Requirements

In order to qualify, you must meet the experience requirements described below. Qualifying Experience:
Desirable to have experience with professional travel agent computer based travel reservation and ticketing software. Knowledge of computer programs to include Word, Excel, Outlook as well as internet. Extremely customer oriented and possess excellent customer service skills. Should have cashier, and simple bookkeeping/accounting experience. Must possess skills in dealing with the public.
Education
Some federal jobs allow you to substitute your education for the required experience in order to qualify. This position does not allow for education substitution.
