Duties

You will provide objective evaluation and analysis of administrative functions to advise executive leaders and lead an administrative team to accomplish multi-dimensional goals. You will collaborate, coordinate, communicate, and advise on administrative and office functions, using data analytics (metrics and measurements), and information technology tools. You will execute multi-dimensional complex tasks while maintaining focus on organizational and customer goals. You will interface with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the customer, to coordinate, plan, facilitate and track actions at the executive/command-level, including those at the TS/SCI level. You will review official correspondence, before presenting to executive leadership for signature, ensuring compliance to DoD/DON guidelines, accuracy of information, completeness, correct formatting and grammar. You will maintain awareness of general administrative support tasks including timekeeping, travel, calendar management, recruit/non-recruit processes, onboarding, performance management, and office management. You will mentor junior employees by reviewing work products, providing feedback, and by fostering developmental opportunities within the Administrative Support Services Competency.

Qualifications

Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or NO-04 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: executed organizational guidelines, administrative functions and best practices; managed multidimensional administrative activities and provided objective evaluation and analysis of administrative functions encompassing command strategic visions and initiatives at the executive level.
