Duties

Serve as a staff analyst responsible for assisting with developing, planning, formulating, executing, reviewing, and evaluating program, administrative, equipment, manpower, and funding requirements. Recommend adjustments to policies, programs, projects, or studies to resolve problems or improve operations and efficiencies. Plan work to be accomplished by subordinates, sets and adjusts short-term priorities, and prepares schedules for completion of work. Ensure consistency between future goals, program efficiencies, status of accomplishments, process achievers, and costs, balanced against mission priorities and efficiency. Perform conduct management analysis reviews which influence policy decisions involving garrison management. Work with the garrison staff to make recommendations for process improvement and analysis of processes for problem areas and solutions. Manage customer feedback initiatives and systems to evaluate results of productivity.

Requirements

  • Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
  • This position requires the incumbent be able to obtain and maintain a determination of eligibility for a Secret security clearance or access for the duration of employment. A background investigation and credit check are required.
