As a Building Management Specialist, you will operate as a subject matter expert in the building management field performing severalvital roles within the Southeast Sunbelt Region, Public Buildings Service, Service Centers Division facilitating its mission execution.Location of position: Nashville, TN (Local Commuting Area Only) We are currently filling one vacancy, but additional vacancies may be filled as needed.

Duties

This position is located in the Southeast Sunbelt Region (R4), Nashville, TN (Local Commuting Area Only). The incumbent will be expected to report to the Regional Office Building (ROB) at least 2x per pay

Requirements

  • US Citizenship or National (Residents of American Samoa and Swains Island)
  • Meet all eligibility criteria within 30 days of the closing date
  • Meet time-in-grade within 30 days of the closing date, if applicable
  • Register with the Selective Service if you are a male born after 12/31/1959
  • Have a valid driver's license.

Qualifications
