Duties

This position is located in the Office of Legal Education (OLE), Executive office for United State Attorneys (EOUSA). OLE is responsible for training attorneys, legal staff, and other designated staff for the Department of Justice as well as other federal agencies, state, local and tribal governments, and foreign governments. Qualifications

Specialized Experience:GS-7: To be eligible at the GS-7 level, you must have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-6 level. Specialized Experience: is defined as providing support and assistance to a training team; assisting in the development of course materials (such as: exercises, slides, handouts, learning aids and tutorials); reviewing and summarizing course evaluations; ensuring arrangements for training rooms, materials, supplies, equipment, and audiovisual needs are made. GS-8: To be eligible at the GS-8 level, you must have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-7 level as described below. Specialized experience is defined as experience providing support in the preparation, management, and control of in person and distance(virtual) training; providing draft agendas, training materials, and other program planning and development; assisting in preparing, formatting, and proofreading course materials; assisting in designing and revising course materials. GS-9: To be eligible at the GS-9 level, you must have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-8 level as described below. Specialized experience is defined as experience organizing and maintaining materials on a variety of complex materials for training programs; identifying potential problem areas and recommending appropriate solutions; providing guidance to interested training participants and trainers on course prerequisites/criteria and processes; acting as point of contact for students. Interagency Career Transition Assistance Plan (ICTAP)- The ICTAP provides eligible displaced Federal competitive service employees with selection priority over other candidates for competitive service vacancies. Education
