Duties

Analyze significant command level HR management issues and problems. Provide authoritative interpretation and instructions on laws, regulations, policies, and procedures, and develops guidance on appropriate course of action. Plan and advise on implementation of new ideas, procedures, processes, methods or approaches of substantial scope. Responsible for managing various personnel programs for the Command and serves as the primary liaison with various Civilian Personnel Advisory Centers (CPAC) and Civilian Human Resources Agency (CHRA) Regional Offices

Requirements

  • Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
  • You may be expected to travel up to 10% for this position.
  • Position has been designated Key(2): This position has been identified as being a Key and Mission Essential position
  • One-year trial/probationary period may be required.
  • May be required to work overtime, comp time, weekends, holidays, and/or on-call duty hours.
