Duties
You will serve as a Command Admin Personnel Analyst in the Mid-Atlantic Regional Maintenance Center (MARMC), Corporate Operations Department (Code 1100), Resource Management Division Code (Code 1100A), Civilian Manpower (Code 1122) in Norfolk, VA.
You will complete command pre-employment and new employee requirements to include: Oath of Office, scheduling and coordinating drug testing and / or physicals.
You will monitor development of annual performance plans and ratings and collaborate with management in the performance of these duties as well as personnel assignments, incentive awards, and leave usage.
Performs on-going studies and analyses to access position structure trends and curtail problems and recommend approval, modification, or disapproval of proposed position/organizational structures.
Requirements

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
*Experience providing advice and guidance to directors, managers, and supervisors on various awards and criteria for nomination.
*Experience analyzing various administrative and personnel issues and problems of actions engaged in program/program support functions such as research and development.
*Experience conducting independent complex studies requiring application of a wide range of analytical and statistical methods and techniques for the assessment and improvement of program effectiveness.
*Experience utilizing a full range of position management principles, concepts, practices, and techniques sufficient to advise staff managers and provide management with insight in establishing organizational structures and recommendations on organizational design.
