Administrative support employee that is capable of supporting any and all technical programs associated with air traffic.
Duties
Manages the administrative aspects of all technical support programs, (Quality Assurance, Airspace & procedures, training, etc.) Provides management with advice and counsel on the operation of technical support systems for implementation, and planning purposes.

Qualifications
To qualify for this position you must demonstrate in your application that you possess at least one year (52 weeks) of specialized experience equivalent to FV-G, FG/GS-10/11. Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the particular knowledge, skills and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position.Specialized experience for this position includes: Experience performing technical support duties involving the application of FAA policies and procedures to operational matters, such as maintaining statistical or informational records; providing procedural information to others.Skill in conducting safety trend analysis and database management in large organizations to evaluate program effectiveness and recommend improvements.Experience working in the field of Aviation Transportation Systems to gather and extract data from multiple sources.Experience using various data management tools, such as Excel, and Tableau, etc., to analyze and to derive innovative findings from multiple data sources and then effectively communicate complex concepts to that foster understanding for enhanced decision-making for multiple customers and stakeholders.Experience and /or knowledge in fulfilling requests from multiple lines of business (LOBs) such as Flight Standards, FAA Litigation, NTSB, FOIA, Flight Service, SERCO, National Weather Service (NWS), FAA Automation, Tech-Ops, ATO Safety Group.Serve as subject matter expert (SME) for several different automation applications/tools to review and
investigate incidents such as MiroEARTs radar data, SatoriM playback tool, FALCON playback tool, Camtasia, Digital Audio Legal Recorder (DALR), ADS-B Performance Monitor, and SkyReplay for the ATOP system. Experienced in CEDAR for all AT facilities and frequently troubleshoots technical issues for the workforce. Utilizes AAP Portal, Business Objects, Knowledge Services Network (KSN), Huddle, AISR, Defense Internet NOTAM Service. Tests, troubleshoots, analyzes, and makes recommendations for the FALCON with ADS-B development and testing. Tests, troubleshoots, analyzes, and makes recommendations on the FALCON for MEARTS testing.
