This position is at the National Credit Union Administration (NCUA) in the Office of Central Liquidity Facility . This position serves as a Central Liquidity Facility Assistant Vice President. The incumbent specializes in evaluating borrower liquidity needs, creditworthiness, collateral valuation, and collateral management in all types of lending by the Central Liquidity Facility.
Duties
The ideal candidate has experience in institutional banking, lending, securities lending, or federal reserve discount window operations.
As a Central Liquidity Facility Assistant Vice President, you will:
Participate with leadership in managing the CLF consistent with relevant provisions of the Federal Credit Union Act.
Provide advice to the CLF Vice President and President on all matters related to credit, lending, liquidity risk evaluation and assessment, creditworthiness, and collateral management.
Develop and plan risk monitoring of credit risk trends of the CLF membership including emerging issues and analysis of Call and Financial Performance Report data.
Participate with leadership in developing and conducting outreach efforts.
Maintain CLF guidance and recommend new and revised guidance concerning CLF lending.
Requirements

Qualifications
Specialized experience is the experience that has equipped you with the specific knowledge, skills, and abilities to successfully perform the duties of the position, and that is typically in or related to the work of the position to be filled.
All applicants applying for the CU-14 level must have at least one full year of specialized experience equivalent to the CU/GS-13 level obtained in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience for this position is defined as experience:
1. Performing corporate accounting and
2. Conducting financial analysis
