Duties

You will establish contract files assembling contract documents for contractors not having a standard pattern of required documents. You will review or prepare documents such as delivery orders, change orders, amendments and modifications to determine that the format, content and distribution conforms to applicable regulations and procedures. You will receive and answer routine telephone inquiries or refer to appropriate staff members. You will research purchase orders and audit cost data and nomenclatures in order to prepare monthly charges to be reconciles with budget allocation. You will expedite the purchase and delivery of urgently required items.

Requirements

  • Must be a US Citizen.
  • Must be determined suitable for federal employment.
  • Must participate in the direct deposit pay program.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Performing quality assurance on items purchased, follow-up on delinquent orders and resolves discrepancies involving procurement supplies and equipment materials using credit card automation.
