You will serve as a ADMINISTRATIVE SPECIALIST in the LOGISTICS AND LIFE CYCLE ENGINEERING (40000)NAVWARSYSCEN ATLANTIC CHARLESTON SC.

Duties

You will apply configuration management discipline to establish and maintain consistency of a system's performance, functional, and physical attributes with its requirements, design, and operational information throughout its life. You will plan, implement, track and/or evaluate configuration/requirement changes across the enterprise and organizations. You will apply knowledge of Quality Control inspections, Quality Assurance audits including planning, preparation, execution, information/metrics collection/sampling, analysis, reporting results and tracking corrective actions. You will communicate with peers, subordinates, customers and senior management through briefings, written reports, and verbal communication.

Requirements

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Overseeing contractor and government Configuration Management for compliance with multi-year contractual requirements. Qualifying experience may include: Conducting audits of processes for conformance to specifications and to detect processing and technical documentation deficiencies; applying analytical methods and techniques to advise on difficult and/or recurring issues; respond to data calls and support audit readiness/external audits. .
