You will serve as a OFFICE AUTOMATION ASSISTANT in the Fleet and Family Support of NAS OCEANA.
Duties
You will answer and respond to telephone inquiries to meet the needs of the customers.
You will perform mailroom duties that involve the control, processing, and delivery of classified and unclassified mail.
You will maintain a computer database in Excel, Microsoft Access, or similar program to keep data current.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of Specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
1) Utilizing office automation software to prepare correspondence and spreadsheets; 2) Maintaining calendar of appointments for clients or meetings; 3) Maintaining files, inventory, and database systems; AND 4) Preparing or tracking travel and training documents.
