Duties

You will perform or advises on work in any of the phases or systems of budget administration. You will formulate budgets and cost estimates to support plans, programs, and activities, including presenting and defending budget estimates. You will analyze and recommend costs and benefits of alterative methods of financial management of organization's programs and administrative operations You will plan work, sets priorities and schedules work as necessary to assure effective and expeditious accomplishment of priority work without adverse affect on regular and recurring work. You will develop perfo1mance standards and evaluates employee performance. You will hear and resolve employee complaints, referring series complaints lacking resolution to higher level supervision.

• You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal
• This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time
• You will be required to complete training, obtain, and maintain a government credit card for travel and travel-related purchases.
• Supervisors in the executive branch have a heightened personal responsibility for advancing government ethics. You will be required to review the 14 General Principles of Ethical Conduct at 5 CFR 2635.101.
• This position requires which requires a State Criminal History Repository (SCHR) check to be completed on any person selected for this position. I am willing and able to submit to a SCHR check.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Ability to obtain and maintain financial information and items, Communication and Analytical Skills, and Skills in using Automated Systems.
