This position serves as the principal advisor to the Director of the Regional Recovery Office regarding improvements in administrative strategy, policy, and program analysis; continuity; resource management; and business support. Leads and manages the front office as well as provides guidance on personnel management and issues in coordination with Labor & Employee Relations. The incumbent develops and maintains a work-place that aligns with FEMA's core values.
