Duties
You will serve as the initial and primary point of contact on customer activity Engineering Services Requests (ESR's) and special projects.
You will assure the scope, budget constraints, customer and environmental concerns as well as other major design, contract, packaging, and
construction issues are addressed and resolved.
You will ensure the project and contract scopes remain within regulatory restrictions during design, construction, and change order processes.
You will develop, use, and submit financial reports to management to reflect program/project progress and status.
You will prepare briefs, reports, and point papers to define, evaluate, and recommend alternatives for management and higher authority review
and action.
Requirements

Qualifications
our resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: reviewing and tracking all proposed designs and construction contract change orders; and establishing and maintaining scope, budget, and schedules for assigned projects.
