SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
A qualified candidate's online application and resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower NNSA Demonstration Project pay band or GS grade level in the Federal service, i.e., NQ-02 or GS-12. Specialized experience for this position is defined as: Experience providing support in the following business functional areas: human resources liaison, budget execution, and personal property inventory.
Examples of Specialized Experience:
1. Experience working closely with hiring managers facilitating personnel recruitments; development and submission of job descriptions; position descriptions, addendums, and classification; maintenance of local personnel files; random drug testing program, making sound
recommendations and decisions.
2. Experience in the development, evaluation, and analysis of program alternatives; performing cost analysis; confirming compliance with
applicable laws and regulations; and reviews of internal controls, manpower and budget estimates.
