Duties

Plan and execute professional publication quality photography, exhibits, presentations and video for internal and external customers. Applying the latest technology and tools to communicate technical information to broad audiences. Plan and execute professional publication quality audio, 3DPrinting, multi-media, web design and print for internal and external customers. Setting priorities, establish longer term goals, and develop business opportunities.

This position is to be filled as a Temporary Position Not-to-Exceed (NTE) 2 Years and may not be made permanent. Current permanent Federal employees (to include permanent Army employees) applying for a temporary or Term [select one] appointment will be appointed/converted into a Temporary or Term [select one] appointment with no statutory return rights back to a permanent position. Selectee must be informed in writing regarding the nature and consequences of accepting the appointment.
