This position is part of the National Archives and Records Administration, Franklin D. Roosevelt Library. Incumbent performs work that supports access to archival holdings and physical and intellectual control over records. The work encompasses archival support services to include reference, researcher assistance and other customer services, archival processing (including arranging and describing), accessioning, disposal, preserving, digitizing, and reformatting of records.

You must meet the following requirements by the closing date of this announcement.
Specialized Experience for the GS-07 grade level is defined as one year of experience at the GS-06 grade level, or equivalent, that is typically in or related to the position and which equipped the candidate with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to successfully perform the duties of this position. Specialized experience for this position is defined as experience:
Using judgement and analysis to determine the proper course of action and steps needed to accomplish an assignment; AND
Experience performing archival functions, such as monitoring, pulling and refiling records, reference, arrangement and description, and holdings maintenance; AND
Communicating and assisting various audiences.
