You will serve as a LEAD FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ANALYST within IMMEDIATE OFC OF CHIEF OF NVL OPS.
Duties
You will generate, recommend and implement new and revised financial management concepts, internal controls, methodologies, policies and strategies to support the organization.
You will prepare and review responses to reviews or audits.
You will coordinate the development and reporting of cost/performance information in support of mission tasks for the organization.
You will perform and advise on work in any phase of he systems of budget administration.
Requirements

- This is a Financial Management Level III certified position per the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) 2012, Section 1599d. You must achieve this level within prescribed timelines. Certification requirements are in DoD Instruction 1300.26.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-14) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate performing duties such as the following:
1. Developing Innovation, Technology & T&E issues for implementation into all phases of the Planning, Programming, Budgeting and Execution (PPBE) process.
2. Developing integrated approaches with resource sponsors in planning defendable and executable programs.
4: Understanding of the PPBE process with both internal (OPNAV) and external (Fleet, CNIC, other Resource Sponsors, FMB, OSD, OMB, Congress) stakeholders.
5: Evaluating issues within the Program Budgeting Information System (PBIS).
6: Preparing senior leadership briefing materials and utilizing excellent written and verbal communications skills.
