You will serve as an IT SPECIALIST in the Corporate Operations Group; Digital, Analytics, infrastructure, and Technology Advancement (DAiTA) Group of NAVAIRWARCENAC DIV.
Duties
You will aid the Activity Customer Technical Representatives (ACTRs) in processing all new seat orders, service requirements and proposed Moves, Adds and Changes for consistency with competency NMCI allocations.
You will submit accurate and completely documented seat orders to capture the seat-level detail needed by the NMCI vendor for effective delivery and steady state operation of NMCI seats and services.
You will keep ACTRs fully informed of current and projected NMCI operational capabilities and advise them on how those may be applied to address program IT/IM requirement, including those that are non-standard in nature.
You will make recommendations on a wide range of NMCI programmatic issues, including recommended improvements in business rules and resource technical administration.
You will collect and analyze program-level performance metrics to evaluate and document vendor compliance with Service Level Agreements, and contractually defined performance standards.

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate the four competencies below as well as at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the 11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector:

Specialized experience must contain qualifying statements to support having performed the following duties:
1) Applying advanced and innovative customer support principles, methods and practices, which enable the incumbent to effectively support the customer support infrastructure that provides end users with mission-essential IT/IM resources and services; 2) Provide customers with accurate and complete information to ensure they derive full value from allocated resources; 3) Make recommendations on a wide range of programmatic issues, including recommended improvements in business rules and resource technical administration (e.g., additional metrics to facilitate assessment of vendor performance); 4) Analyze and integrate program-level performance metrics to evaluate and document compliance with contractually-defined performance standards; and 5) Development of metric analyses and reports, including those requiring non-standard roll-up and manipulation of operational requirements and performance metric data.
