Duties
You will operate large, complex riding lawn mowers and similar types of specialized mowing equipment.
You will determine and select the most appropriate type of equipment to accomplish each phase of the work in the most productive and cost-effective manner.
You will complete all aspects of special assignments involving several steps, phases, or detailed procedures.
You will operate various controls and levers to maneuver equipment and lift, lower, adjust, engage, and disengage components or attached devices when working around trees, trenches, large potholes, slopes, curbs, rocks, and other visible obstacles.
Requirements
- Must be a US Citizen.
- Must be determined suitable for federal employment.
- Must participate in the direct deposit pay program.

- You will be required to wear personal protective equipment such as helmets, gloves, coveralls, glasses, goggles, respirators and safety shoes continuously for the duration of the work shift.
- This is a Mission Essential position. You will be required to ensure organization or facility continuity of operations and/or completion of tasks that are considered essential to the mission designated by a local or command decision.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one of the following:
1. Have received commendations for good work on the job, in school, in Armed Forces, in Job Corps, etc.
2. In the last 5 years, have not left a job due to own actions, only due to "end of work" or "project completion."
3. Have received better than average school grades or job appraisals.
