You will serve as a COUNSELING & ADVOCACY PROGRAM TECHNICIAN in the Fleet and Family Support Center of NAVSTA MAYPORT.
Duties
You will coordinate meetings to ensure location is reserved, participants are notified, and meeting material provided.
You will receive and direct phone calls and visitors to appropriate personnel or other offices.
You will assemble documents into records or files according to subject matter.
You will collect, sort, and maintain data for report retrieval to respond to inquiries.
You will establish and maintain a database for administrative and clerical purposes.
Requirements

- Must be determined suitable for federal employment.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of Specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Providing clerical and administrative assistance to staff members; 2) Communicating in writing and/or orally to clients, personnel, and other parties involved through letters, memos, and reports to inform and explain regulations, procedures, and concepts; and 3) Processing office and client case files to maintain, file, and retrieve information and prepare reports.
