You will serve as a SUPPLY SYSTEMS ANALYST in the Marine Corps Recruiting Command of USMC RECRUITING COMMAND.
Duties
You will perform technical support duties related to procurement lifecycle actions within the Defense Agencies Initiative (DAI) program and supporting systems.
You will analyze procurement data from automated systems to recommended procedural changes and problems solutions designed to improve overall supply effectiveness and evaluate cost effectiveness.
You will prepare, review, submit, and execute procurement actions chargeable for supplies, equipment, and services using authorized
methods in the financial and accounting system.
You will ensure the Headquarters, District, Recruiting Stations, and sub-station personnel are maintaining explicit roles in the financial and accounting system to ensure separation of duties while creating, certifying, and amending purchases.
You will coordinate with various vendors to reconcile requisitions in order to obtain specific obligation rates throughout the fiscal year.
Requirements

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.

GS-11
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector managing and providing technical advice, guidance, and assistance on supply operations (inventory management, automated supply systems analysis, and other related supply management programs) and provide guidance/oversight to ensure compliance, and implementing innovative methods and plans for improvement.
GS-09
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector providing technical advice, guidance, and assistance on supply operations (inventory management, automated supply systems analysis, and other related supply management programs) and provide guidance/oversight to ensure compliance, and implementing innovative methods and plans for improvement.

Education
In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience:

Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree
or
3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree
or
LL.M., if related
GS-09
master's or equivalent graduate degree
or
2 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree
or
LL.B. or J.D., if related
a combination of experience and education as described above that equates to one year of experience. The percentage of the required education plus the percentage of the required experience equal one hundred percent.
