About the Position: The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Charleston District works to continually meet the needs of our customers and the Nation. Duties

Design and implement programs, addressing cross-cultural communication, social movements, and/or social dynamics, to meet agency equal employment needs. Analyze the Organization's personnel management practices such as, recruitment, promotions, awards, training, disciplinary/adverse actions, grievances, and complaints, to ensure EEOC Management Directive objectives are enforced. Represent the EEO Office on various events at the district such as refresher trainings. Provide applicable parties such as managers, employees, and applicants counsel, with advice and technical guidance on complaint process procedures.
