This vacancy is for a Supervisory Program Analyst position in the Field Infrastructure Branch in Field Division, located at multiple U.S. Census Bureau offices.
This Job Opportunity Announcement may be used to fill other Supervisory Program Analyst, 0343-14, FPL GS-14 positions within the Census Bureau in the same geographical location with the same qualifications and specialized experience.
Duties
Planning, leading, organizing, and monitoring program related projects to accomplish program goals and improve the organization’s mission.
Manage and coordinate the administrative programs for the Directorate, ensuring regulatory compliance.
Manage and coordinate the space leasing, IT and logistics programs for the agency.
Attend meetings and discussions across the agency with various divisions at various management levels to facilitate logistical support and meet agency goals and objectives.

Qualifications
Specialized Experience: For the GS-14, you must have one year of experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-13 in the Federal service. Experience for this position includes: experience with supervising staff; working on issues that cross organizational lines or geographic areas requiring close and harmonious coordination and interdependence with other directorates, regional, technical, and research oriented staff; project management practices surrounding schedule, resources, risk, budget and requirements; management, collaboration, communication, and analysis regarding the examination, documentation, development, testing, and implementation of various space leasing, IT and logistics activities.
Education: Education cannot substitute experience at this grade level.

Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment.
