This position is located in the Architect of the Capitol (AOC), Office of the Chief Operating Officer, Superintendent, Senate Office Buildings, Assistant Superintendent, Wood Crafting Branch. The Locksmith installs, repairs, tests and modifies locking devices on doors, desks, storage compartments, safes and secured locations. Incumbent modifies electronic locking devices.  

Duties

Work schedule may require some occasionally mandatory overtime on holidays AND weekends.

Qualifications

You must meet all eligibility and qualification requirements by the closing date of the job announcement.You must meet the following SCREEN-OUT(S) required for this position. Performs full installation and repair on commercial locking devices and reworks locks to improve or provide new structural or functional capabilities.
