Duties
Serves as senior full-time orderly room manager reporting directly to the Headquarters Executive Officer.
Helps Formulates, develops, and directs the implementation of IM policies and procedures.
Incumbent is responsible for the accuracy and content of the individual computerized personnel records system for all assigned Headquarters Group personnel.
Helps Plans, organizes, and implements electronic media systems and computer systems throughout the unit.
Heps Manages training plans for IM personnel assigned throughout the organization.
Serves as unit PT monitor, GTC holder, DTS monitor, and GO resource monitor web master
Manages transfer of information internal and external to the headquarter to include manual and electronic telecommunications.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Works directly to support state senior leadership in all aspects of their service and supports all orderly room and information management HQ support functions.
Serves as the Group Orderly Room Manager, functioning as senior advisor to the Director of Readiness and Support for all orderly room and information management unit support functions.
Requirements

Qualifications
MILITARY GRADES: E5 through E7
GENERAL EXPERIENCE: Experience, education or training in administrative, professional, technical, or other work that provided knowledge of support services. Knowledge of administrative methods and procedures used in planning, organizing work, and skill in dealing with others in person-to-person work relationships. Experience using computer and automation systems.
SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: Must have at least 24 months experience in dealing with management principles and supervisory responsibility for support service functions required by type of position to be filled and the organization involved. Experience planning and directing a variety of clerical operations. Experience using methods and procedural steps, and working under general instructions to meet the objectives of support services programs.

The Human Resources Officer (HRO) is the final approval for all ETP waivers. If approved, the memorandum will be returned to you and then submitted with your application.
Education
You may combine education with specialized experience to meet the length of experience requirement for GS-09. Such education must demonstrate the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to do the work.
To receive credit for Education, you must provide transcripts or documentation of proof that you meet the Education requirements for this position.
