You will serve as a Legal Administrative Specialist of NLSC.
Duties
You will respond to routine and highly technical requests for information such as status reports and suspense dates.
You will control and manage all incoming correspondence using established office procedures.
You will scan all paper files into electronic files, tracking time-sensitive correspondence, and database quieries.
You will ensure client intake forms are properly completed.
You will prepare outgoing mail, shipments and maintain proper logs.
You will review, prepare, store, and distribute client files in accordance with prescribed procedures.
You will be responsible for submitting various weekly, monthly, and annual reports as required.
Requirements

- Must be determined suitable for federal employment.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-05) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing administrative or clerical duties such as responding to technical requests for information; managing incoming correspondence; initiating client files and ensuring completeness and correctness; reviewing, preparing, and storing files in accordance with prescribed regulations and procedures; utilizing legal databases; researching information to prepare reports; and preparing correspondence.

Education
In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience:
1 full year of graduate level education
OR
A bachelors degree with superior academic achievement.
