About the Position: The mission of CCAD is to overhaul, repair, modify, retrofit, test and modernize helicopters, engines and components for all services and foreign military customers. We provide worldwide on-site maintenance services, aircraft crash analysis, lubricating oil analysis, and chemical, metallurgical and training support.

Duties

Make technical decisions regarding design, development and testing of new, modified equipment and facility systems prior to release for production. Plan, develop and administer program through application of business and trade practices to include real property and procurement functions. Develop/administer studies of designs, plans, specifications and cost estimates relating to depot modernization activities and production facilities.

OR Combination of Education and Experience: A combination of education and experience may be used to qualify for this position as long as the computed percentage of the requirements is at least 100%.
