Duties
Responsible for a variety of analysis and systems design activities in design, development, systems integration, and acquisition of software, hardware, and telecommunications.
Responsible for all aspects of converting service legacy systems to one standardized, integrated, common information model (CIM) migration system, to be implemented worldwide.
Reviews requirements to identify problems and conducts analyses to help determine technical and operational requirements, interfaces and whether feasible advancements in automatic data processing (ADP) technology should be incorporated.
Reviews interfaces, logical sequence of task execution, information flows, interfacing requirements, and whether feasible advancements in automatic data processing (ADP) technology should be incorporated.
Plans and conducts analyses of broad areas of projected work processes, operational practices, operational environments, and needs that will impact the Department of Defense (DoD) systems that interface with the organization.
Oversees and collaborates with the System Integrator on design, implementation, and validation of integration between the ERP product and other products in the solution.
Provides technical input to Test Plans and Test Reports. Provides technical support during tests and system installations. Provides technical advice to executive-level managers.
Reviews documentation and deliverables pertaining to business process integration into the ERP and ERP integration with other products.
Represents the organization in meetings, conferences, and briefings, and provides technical advice or elaborates on technical issues. Serves as the technical POC with industry, contractors, or those of the services.
Receives and evaluates contractors' deliverables, formulates Statements of Work, subtasks, and participates in contractors' In-Process Reviews.
Involved with the overall performance of contractors' deliverables and assesses contractor's technical performance.
Requirements

- This is an Army Acquisition, Logistics and Technology Workforce position.
- Selectee must meet position requirements for Practitioner (formerly Level II) in (A) Program Management certification within 60 months as of entrance on duty.

Qualifications
This position is subject to a salary control point equivalent to the GS-14, step 10 base salary. If the incumbent's salary currently exceeds this level, the salary control point will be at the incumbent's existing salary.
This is a DoD Civilian Acquisition Workforce Personnel Demonstration Project (AcqDemo) position in the NH-04 broadband with an advertised pay range from the lowest equivalent GS 14 grade Step 1 to the highest equivalent GS 15 grade step 10 in the broadband. This position is covered by a salary control point within the NH-04 broad band and the salary range is from $139,395 to $181,216.

To qualify based on your experience, you must have IT-related experience demonstrating each of the four competencies:

AND
SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: In order to qualify for this position based on experience your resume must describe one year of specialized experience equivalent to the NH-03 (GS-13) grade level in the Federal service which includes:
1) Applying analytical processes to the planning, design, and implementation of new, existing, and improved information systems to meet business requirements of customer organizations; provide technical expertise to manage system requirements; ensuring application and integrity of program requirements; manage production of acquisition lifecycle documents, review of implementation plans, systems designs and/or risk management analysis; AND
2) Providing oversight to ensure code quality, performance, application security and usability; AND
3) Participating in systems engineering, test, cost, and risk management integrated process.
