About the Position: Position is established to serve primarily as a Program Manager for the multiple programs within the Operations Division.

Duties

Maintains responsibility and performs oversight for the assigned program. Identifies and resolves sensitive issues and critical problems. Provides guidance and instruction to subordinate OPM's during the development of critical or significant project documents, i.e., the Project Management Plan (PMP). Attends regional, national or other significant meetings and conferences with representatives of HQUSACE, other Divisions and Districts, Army and Air Force Commands, other agencies and state local. Serves as a Project Manager (PM), responsible for the overall coordination and execution of assigned projects and/or installations.
